At CLPE, we are dedicated to supporting people with intellectual disabilities in developing the skills and tools they need to be ready for employment. Our Community Supports and Services Team works closely with each person, providing personalized support throughout the entire process, from job preparation to long-term career success.

We offer job carving, a customized approach that tailors job responsibilities to the strengths and abilities of people, creating meaningful and lasting employment opportunities. Additionally, we support local businesses by helping them recruit valued employees with intellectual disabilities, fostering inclusive workplaces.

Once employment is secured, CLPE continues to provide individualized support, offering the right level of assistance to promote ongoing success in the workplace.
