Meet Your Individualized Funding and Services Supervisor

A FREE service to help you manage and broker your funding and/or purchase services offered by CLPE.

Once you have your funding in place, the Individualized Funding and Services Supervisor will work closely with you. We will help you to complete budgets, paperwork, and anything else you need to get set up for brokerage support and/or purchase of services with CLPE. You will see all the different support options or have the choice of customizing your own support.

The Individual Funding Coordinator is here to assist with managing the funds you receive by

  • Setting up brokerage options.

  • Processing invoices, tracking account balances and ensuring expenses are eligible.

  • Exploring support options with CLPE that you would like to purchase with your funding.

  • Completing service agreements and contracts as applicable.
